How it works

What happens after you enrol.

Assessment, then an agreed plan, then care given by our own team, then review and adjustment. Six steps in order, and nothing begins until you have agreed the plan.

Pre-enrolment health brief

Your Functional Health Score, online. It gives us a first picture of sleep, emotional load, body comfort, nutrition and daily capacity before we meet.

What we commit to

Promises you can hold us to.

Your plan is agreed before anything begins.

You start with a full review, then choose which areas are included. Nothing is added later without you agreeing to it.

What we advise is never affected by what it earns us.

Your plan is fixed for its period and does not change with how often you come. A course that takes five sessions takes five.

You will always know where you stand.

You are measured at the start, at fixed points along the way and at the end, using the same instruments each time. You are given the numbers, not a summary of them.

If something is not working, you will hear it from us first.

At each review we say plainly what has changed, what has not, and what we think should happen next.

The same core team stays with you.

The people who know your family stay responsible for continuity. Any change in the team is communicated to you and properly handed over.

We will tell you when you need someone else.

When a concern belongs with another specialist, we say so, arrange it, brief them properly and take the findings back into your plan.

If you stop coming, we will call.

Being enrolled here means somebody notices.

Where it starts

Your first family review, and why it matters.

Your first family review

One unhurried conversation, with everything on the table.

  • We go through your family's history, current concerns, medicines and reports, together.
  • We assess how each person is functioning: sleep, emotional load, body comfort, nutrition, movement and daily capacity.
  • We understand what matters most to you, and who in the family is part of each decision.
  • We agree what we will treat first, what we will watch, and what can wait.

You leave knowing where things stand, what treatment begins next, and that someone is keeping sight of the whole.

Two common starting points

Something has changed, or you want it not to.

Move and recover

For a problem that has already appeared: assessment, treatment across the areas you choose, supervised work here, and re-measurement.

Stay independent

For keeping strength, balance, bone health, weight and mobility as you get older: assessment of what has started to change, then managed care on those findings.

Where is your family right now?

Two questions, and we will show you where we would begin.

1 · What is happening?
2 · Who is this for?
