Together we map the relationship between your inputs (sleep, food, movement, stress) and your outputs (mood, energy, comfort, cravings, focus).
Step 4: The Plan
You receive a plan that is practical, measurable, and adjustable—built around small changes that compound.

What happens in my first visit ?
We start with a calm conversation about your sleep, stress, health history and daily routine, followed by a simple, guided questionnaire on a tablet to generate your Female Functional Health Score (FFHS). You’ll have space to talk about whatever feels most urgent. By the end, we outline a clear plan: how often to meet, what we’ll work on, and what you can start doing immediately at home.

How many sessions will I need before I feel a difference ?
There’s no fixed number, but most women notice small shifts (better sleep, feeling less “on edge”) within 3–6 sessions, provided they practise the tools we agree on. Deeper, long-standing patterns can take longer. We use your FFHS and regular check-ins to track change objectively, so you can actually see your progress instead of guessing.

Are my conversations and test scores completely confidential ?
YES.
Everything you share in session, and all FFHS or questionnaire results, are kept confidential within the clinic. We do not share details with family members, employers, or anyone else without your explicit written consent.

How do fees, packages and cancellations work ?
You pay per session or choose a bundle if you prefer to plan ahead. Packages are designed to be more cost-efficient if you know you’ll be coming regularly. If you need to reschedule, we simply ask for advance notice (e.g., 24 hours) so we can offer that slot to someone else. You’re free to pause or stop at any time—your plan is always in your control.

Do I need medicines or a psychiatrist to start ?
Not necessarily. Many women begin with structured counselling and behavioural work only. During our assessment, if we feel that medicines could meaningfully improve your sleep, mood or anxiety, we’ll discuss this openly and, if you agree, coordinate with a trusted psychiatrist. You can also continue with your existing doctor while working with us—we’ll support you on the psychological and behavioural side.
